What should we do when we get hangover after a nite of drinking session?
The following informations are from "Men's Health" September 2005 Issue
Hey guys these really helpsabit when u are getting hangover
1. WATER
Drink loads of water at the end of the party or drink throughout the evening. It doesnt cure much but with the other help coming along
2. GATORADE (eg.: 100 plus)
Gatorade can promote re-hydration better than mere water. Take 2 bottles at the end of the party and this has chances of getting better in the morn
3. THE MEGA-DINNER (nini u better take note of this cos u always go clubbing)
Food delays gastric emptying in the stomach and this means alcohol stays in stomach longer and process very slow. DON'T DRINK ON EMPTY STOMACH!
4. THE JUICE CHASER
(Orange juice or Tomato juice)
Fructose in the juice speed up the metabolism and riding ur system of alcohol more quickly. Sounds good on theoretically but problem is YOU HAVE TO DRINK AT LEAST 10 GLASSES TO MAKE IT WORK.
5. THE BULL'S EYE
(Orange juice mixed with a raw egg)
Fructose helps to promote breakdown of alcohol, egg protein replace last nutrients. But becareful of getting Salmonella (caused by the raw egg). (But dun u think its more gross to drink raw egg and orange juice. OMG haven hangover will vomit until siao)
6. MORE HEINEKEN
Hangovers only hit once you sober up. Another way of not getting hangover is getting drunk. (hahahaha omg i love this) early morn 3 glasses of cold beer down ur throat and u will probably feel much better. But its jus taking risk of getting drunk again.
7. EXERCISE
YESH!!! doing exercise is the best remedy especially dancing. Partying never miss out dancing and dancing is the fastest and most effective to rid alcohol and slim down too. Dance thru the nite until u feel much sober. (This exercise is meant for before sleeping / going home. Drink as much as you wan but at the same time dance twice as you drink)
Anyway best way not to get hangovers is DON'T DRINK. Some people drink with no limits and after drinking, trouble start to come. If possible, drink half ur limit. Its not fun to get drunk as you can't enjoy wat others are enjoying)
