This week, the bloody turtle cum my immediate supervisor in my office hasnt been asking me to do stupid things and trying to make things difficult for me and my other colleagues
well solutions is, Mabel the secretary of our 2 GMs has told what happen to the Dy GM
things got worse when Dy GM was out of town for 3 weeks
and this bloody turtle treat us like maid!
keep asking us to do things which is stupid and really troublesome
doing things which he himself dun even know how to do and giving instrucstions where there's no direction to what he wants
and he's even worse by back dating the task given to Mabel where the dateline has long been due
Mabel cant take it anymore and she say all out to our Dy GM cos, our GM is the one who bring in the bloody turtle
so no matter what. GM will shield him cos it will looks bad on her if he has any troubles
so many things happen in jus 3 weeks
everyday there's bombing everywhere and there's smoke coming out from both of them
not only me have trouble to communicate with him, even my manager has problem communicating with him
there are both my manager and things cant work between them
each of us has problems workin with him cos he's jus gettin too arogant as he got a big big and high high mountain behind him
got someone to support him and back him up
he's such a coward to us
and we keep sayin that he forgot to bring his balls out
cos he got no guts to bear the responsiblity of anythin
even the smallest things
and he's such an forgetful person that he cant even rem where he placed his keys (P&C cupboard keys), his documents and things that are passed to him
everytime he lost his things then he will keep askin if we have returned to him or if we have seen it

there's so much unhappiness in the office lately and my new marcom manager is coming this tue and well things got to be solved when she comes if not, when she learnt that our office got so many politics and might be scared away
anyway im truly angry with him and now everyone treat him like pest and shun away when we see him
