When I needed a extra assistant to our team last year, none came. This year, due to my unhappy incident in family, i have took many leaves, MC which might have made me lose my creditability in work as a girl who are always in office and working hard at work.
I was working real hard at work last year when no one helps me and i was alone setting up many projects which have caused me to neglect my family and which in turns makes me almost lose my husband to a bitch. Just becos i am working too hard at work.
Whats the point when one works too hard and doesn't get the rewards equivalent to the hard work i have.
This year, they get an assistance for our department and it was not a fresh hired staff. Someone who was transferred from Admin department and initially, they didnt even let us choose who we wanted. HR think we are rubbish and could throw us any person they dont want. The person we wanted, they hold on so tight that even the management are coming in to interfere.
But then, our queen has won the battle for her Admin department and we, has to take whichever staff they dont want. My new partner, RT.
Not saying until like she is a parcel to be passed on to which department but then doesnt we should have the rights to interview or choose who to come to our department to work together? Why cant we have this little authority and always have to be under this "Queen" who thinks she is the one on top to have everyone listening to her and not to defy her orders? Bloody queen!
Anyway, this RT doesnt have the good reputation in Admin as she was only doing scanning jobs and nothing else. Not saying lazy but too slow in working and dilly dally which i really cannot tolerate. When i do something, it got to be fast and efficient. When i want it to be done immediately, it has to be. Thats why i would rather do everything myself than to ask some people for help.
She come to our department and might have the chance to takeover my position which im ready to give up but i dont want the company to terminate me just like what they did to other people. If my GM, whom has request me to transfer from Admin to QA department, wants me to leave, I will leave. Since he is the one who has put me into this position and he can withdraw anytime. Though my attendance in work is not that good starting from this year.
Of cos i understand. I know sometimes im just to emotional to handle work and relationship at a time. But for the sake of money and not having to live day by day without any financial stability, i have to keep working.
