First time baking cakes and not all my myself. I have great help from Wee sister maid, Amy.
Without the magic mixer, we have to whisk ourselves and until our hands are going to break. But first time wasn’t that bad and the only thing that doesn’t fit the expectation is the cream on top of the cupcakes which is too sweet. Maybe we didn’t whisk until creamy and was still very watery cos we have been whisking for 10mins and still no change.
I got to buy a mixer soon cos grant will be celebrating his birthday this coming Friday and I have to make many cup cakes for his class. Just for his class with the infants have 18 person. For the whole school, I got to buy the 2kg cake cos there will 80 person in the school. I really wonder how 80 person can squeeze inside the centre.
I hope the 2kg cake will be enough for all and the goodies bag I can only pack 20 for his class and the infants.
