I'm happy to have my family and friends and colleagues to celebrate my birthday. Though it aint a great celebration but it's nice to have all the close one with you. 30th actually isn't that scary and I should be glad that I'm still alive at 30. Not everyone can live till 30. Had my first and self own baking cup cakes last night with the magical help of my new bought mixer. I think I will be baking more in future but I need someone to help me wash those equipment. It's so oily and creamy. These are the cupcakes without the cream and later I will be putting the cream before bringing to the school. - Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone

First time baking cakes and not all my myself. I have great help from Wee sister maid, Amy. Without the magic mixer, we have to whisk ourselves and until our hands are going to break. But first time wasn’t that bad and the only thing that doesn’t fit the expectation is the cream on top of the cupcakes which is too sweet. Maybe we didn’t whisk until creamy and was still very watery cos we have been whisking for 10mins and still no change. I got to buy a mixer soon cos grant will be celebrating his birthday this coming Friday and I have to make many cup cakes for his class. Just for his class with the infants have 18 person. For the whole school, I got to buy the 2kg cake cos there will 80 person in the school. I really wonder how 80 person can squeeze inside the centre. I hope the 2kg cake will be enough for all and the goodies bag I can only pack 20 for his class and the infants.

Today is International Woman’s day and I was being reminded by one of the master onboard who wished me happy and health by email. That’s so nice of him to remember me on this day and that means I still being popular among the master despite that I keep sending them emails to do this and that. Anyway, wishing all my sisters and girlfriends a Happy Woman day.

February seems to pass by so fast. Is it because it only have 28 days or it has been a busy month for me. This is the month of love and we celebrate our love on 14 & 15 Feb in Batam and Kbox. With the new experience in Batam, that might be our first and last time to there. But I will still want to go 1 more place in Batam. The shopping centre at the terminal. We shouldn’t have travel to another shopping by cab where we can just cross a bridge to the shopping centre. Got to take another day off to explore. Fenny is going for her honeymoon to Europe and we (me, ah wee, grant, mum & xiao yi) are going to be the light bulbs including Zhenny, Chelsie & JB. Wow so many lights that sure to brighten up their honeymoon. We have booked our air tickets and Zhenny is planning our itinerary for the trip and we will be landing in Zurich and from there to Zhenny house. Places we will be going are; Italy, Milan, Paris, London. Some more places which I’m not sure yet but this trip will ...
