Yesterday, everyone was so happy because we have received our annually-happy-letter from HR. Each of us received 1 month performance bonus and also increment. I also get 1 month bonus and 5% increment. Though its not much but I hope I can slowly climb up cos I really don’t want to be the only girl in this bloody department. I’m an QA executive but they treat me as Admin executive. Being the only girl in the department doesn’t mean everything can be push to me.
Sending out email can easily be send by themselves. Why the hell they have to ask me to do. Printing out is easy and why ask me. Keeping silence doesn’t mean I accept, just that no point being a bitch in the office. Treating me as their secretary and someday when its time to leave, I will throw back to them. Now it’s time to source for another career path. Though my experience in this department is not enough but I can still climb to another channel and get what I want to do. I hope I can be an auditor and for start, I hope to be an Office auditor. First to audit the people in the company and get rid of the black sheep. But that’s still far away.
Though I am not promoted this year but it doesn’t matter. One cannot climb too fast if not I will be hitting the ground and smash like the watermelon. SLOW AND STEADY, that’s what I learn from the Rabbit and Hare story from Disney channel which Grant has been watching. Now I have to slow down my pace and spend more time for gathering with my family and friends. Especially Grant cos he is learning too fast now. And I have to company him to learn the basic of Alphabets and Numbers and even drawing. He likes to draw and always ask me to draw 123 or ABC and I have to correct him as Write not Draw.
