Now i really hate to go work cos of the new manager
he said he has his own way of working and expect us to listen or do his way (might as well get a dog and work for him)
for instant, recently he said we cant use the toilet which is near to us as that is for guest use and have to use the staff toilet which is far away from us
we are so busy and when we need toilet we still need to walk so far
we hardly got any guest coming and even if we have, we didn't dirty the toilet and still maintenance the cleanliness so why should we use the toilet that's so far away from us
when he came, he start implement things for the GM to see that he is good at something and to let the GM think that he is busy, he makes my colleague busy by asking her to find quotation and keep finding and until now, not even one thing was confirm and my colleague have to find the quotation
everyday is a torture for us cos we are being watched from behind
well he likes to "observe" us the way we work and the things we talk
i hate people to spy on me on how i work cos i think the most important thing is that so long i can handle my work well and I'm efficient enough, that's it. No need to "supervise" the way i work cos since you have your way of working, so does everyone. Doesnt mean you get thrice our pay and you can decide the way we work
you can only decide our performance and whether we have done our work but not to the extend of wanting to put your leg into our work area
you can ask we to do work but since you want to supervise the way we work then might as well you do the work yourself right? doesnt that makes your job easier?
why should you watched us like we are some criminal?
if you dun trust your subordinate then why should you hire them in the 1st place?
he is just a old fashion old man who lives in the 80's way of working
he said he has work in his previous company for 21years and that's why the way he work never change cos all the while he has been doing the same thing everyday and every year
no improvement, no progress, no new ideas, nothing!! all he has is his out-dated thinking and mind.
i dunno how long we can stand his attitude cos we have no freedom at work and even eating and treating colleagues is not to be so open
why should they be so many restriction in office when work is already damn boring? cant we even make our office life more lively? expect us to keep quiet for 8hrs in office and having those mask while working
making us so anti-social and keeping everything to ourself
me and Jasmine are bearing all the unhappiness to ourself now and we dunno how long we can bear with his kind of attitude and way of working
