This module we learn Risk Management and wanna share some interesting to you all. During a fire drill, a safety officer want to demonstrate the use if fire extinguisher and therefore he wanted to create a small fire in the metal container. Of course to light up a fire you need oil. So he use petrol. The one which used for cars. The moment he throw the light down into the container, the fire flash back to him and to his back. Petrol is the faster oil to light up cos it can create vapor with fire easily. To use oil during a drill, use diesel. It's not easy to light up and takes some time to fully light up.

Seriously when we are 3.5yrs old, we have little words knowledge not to say grammar or .... See I dunno even know what the terms are. When grant say he wants to sit motorbike, I say will fall down and he say "I won't fall down". He knows what is "won't", "can't". Sometimes I'm just surprise at his speed of learning. Ever since he starts to talk, he learn things fast. Now teacher say he very good at talking back. But teacher still likes him.

I first start blogging on August 25, 2004 in blogger and im still blogging now.  Its been 7 years and still i am complaining in blog. Everything that im happy or sad, angry or love... anything that is happening to me every now and then. Time past. Leaving those memories which i have kept in blog. To remind me how i have grown and experience all the parts and parcels of life. Different phrase of life faces different situation and only that can make me grow and handles things more effectively and efficient. Be it personal or work, learning can never stop. Total YTD (Year to date) of post is only 45. What am I doing? I have been blogging from 2005 and every year is just decreasing. Every year i have been getting busy at work and not like when i first start blogging where i can blog everyday and complain about everything. Now even when I want to complain on blog, I have no time to write one. Tired from working and looking Grant and now studying. Im busy but at least Im happy and feel fullfil about my life. Making myself busy with all the things prepare for future. Now at least i got my MIL to look after Grant and i can go study as much as possible for my career. When we have our own house, I will need someone else to look after him if im still studying. Planning for future in process...

How can i forget about the summary of the month. I have missed out July. July is another busy month and my Director has been coming to Singapore to discuss the new project and making me super busy and tired. I cant remember anything special about July. Oh ya... we went Redang for 4days 3nights and i had diving everyday with wee. We dont need to take turns to dive cos xiao yi help us to look after him cos she cant go down water as her mense has come. Unfortunately for her but we are lucky. If not wee and i taking turns to dive and not able to dive together. I have brought my colleagues to the island too and they love the place alot too. Its relaxing for them but maybe a little boring for them. For the month of July, im really blank mind of what has happen. Remembering only how busy i am. I hope things gets better and I hope the guy beside me can stop irritating me and stop treating me like his secretary. NT!!  I dont like being racist but after i joined this comp...

I am studying safety now and i come across this quote which is quite meaningful "Our workers going home safely after work does not happen by accident" To be able to go back safely, one has to be careful in workplace. Regardless of where your workplace is and the nature of your job, you have to be careful in what you do. Do only when there is no risk involve. If there's risk involve, eliminate the risk by not doing this way. Try another method to get things done. People think that hazards only happens in construction site, factory, ship yard... we do get occupational hazards in office too. By working infront of the computer whole day, you will get Ergonomic hazards. Example: You might get Musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) from poor typing/sitting posture and poor air con ventilation cause allergies and many more. I hope everyone can work safely at work and do not think that small matters of safety issue is nothing. A small fire can be out of hand too and cause more...
